I'm here to help you stop working harder on your body—and start working smarter.
If you're here, there's a good chance you're a lot like the women I work with.
You're driven. You're capable. You're used to figuring things out.
You've built a career. You take care of your family. You show up for everyone around you. And when you decide you want something, you don't half-ass it.
So when it comes to your health and your body, you do what you've always done:
You work harder.
You eat less.
You exercise more.
You track your food.
You add another workout.
You try the new program.
You start over when you feel like you've messed up.
And when the results still don't match the effort you're putting in, you assume the problem is you.
I don't believe that.
You don't need more discipline.
As a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, my approach is built around a simple belief:
Your body isn't a problem that needs to be punished into submission.
You need a strategy that takes into account your goals, your body, your lifestyle, your training, your nutrition, and your ability to actually recover.
Because doing more isn't automatically better.
More workouts aren't necessarily better workouts.
Eating less isn't necessarily better nutrition.
Being more restrictive doesn't necessarily mean you'll get better results.
Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is stop doing the things that aren't serving you.
I've seen this cycle over and over again.
Women come to me already knowing how to “eat healthy.”
They know how to exercise.
They've tried diets. They've tracked calories. They've counted macros. They've done challenges, cleanses, cardio, HIIT, low-carb, intermittent fasting—and probably a dozen other things.
They're not lacking information.
They're overwhelmed by information.
And many of them are exhausted from constantly trying to earn the body they want.
That's where coaching comes in.
My job isn't to hand you another rigid plan and tell you to follow it perfectly.
My job is to look at what you're currently doing, figure out what's working, identify what's not, and create a strategy that makes sense for you.
Then we adjust as your body, goals, and life change.
I want you to have more than a smaller body.
Of course, if your goal is to lose body fat and see more muscle definition, we'll work toward that.
But I want something bigger for you, too.
I want you to feel strong.
I want you to have energy.
I want you to be able to enjoy dinner out without spending the next day trying to compensate for it.
I want you to take the vacation.
Wear the two-piece.
Put on the dress.
Take the picture.
And actually enjoy yourself instead of wondering how your body looks from every angle.
Because confidence isn't something you earn after you've finally reached your goal weight.
You deserve to feel good in your body while you're working toward your goals, too.
This is Sound Health & Fitness.
My approach isn't about perfection.
It's about creating a sustainable strategy that gets results without requiring you to sacrifice more of your life.
Because you've already worked hard enough.
Now let's make that hard work count.
